Shipping
All orders weighing less than 120 lbs. are shipped via UPS and orders over 120 lbs. will be shipped via common carrier. Customer may nominate a common carrier of their choice. Customers are responsible for all freight and any additional charges that may occur, such as C.O.D., lift-gate, storage, or re-delivery. All C.O.D. orders add $10.00 charge.

Returns
All return merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Authorization must be obtained in advance from Pacific Steam Equipment, Inc. All merchandise (except special orders) may be returned for credit within 30 days if in new, unused and saleable condition. Retuns should be sent insured parcel post or UPS with a copy of invoice and detailed explanation. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
