LIMITED WARRANTY

Pacific Steam Equipment, Inc. (PSE) boilers, tanks and irons are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 90 days for electrical parts and labor, and 12 months for the other parts from the date of sale to an original end user with the limitations provided hereinafter. No other warranty or liability applies unless specified in a written statement signed by an officer of Pacific Steam Equipment, Inc., Los Angeles, California.

Limitations: the warranty of PSE is contingent upon installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment under normal operating conditions. The warranty is void on equipment or parts: damaged by corrosion, improper use, accident, negligence, or not operating within the specifications provided; damaged by fire, flood, earthquake, or such other causes beyond the control of PSE; that have been altered or repaired in any way changing the original performance and; that are normally expendable in the usual course of operation. Expendable items include, but are not limited to, the iron cords and hoses, and cloth goods. The warranty period on each replacement equipment or part in fulfillment of the warranty on new equipment or parts shall be for the unexpired portion of the original warranty.

Pacific Steam Equipment, Inc. is not liable for labor or other costs incurred in the removal, reinstallation, unauthorized repair of this product, or damages of any type whatsoever including incidental or consequential damages.

Equipment or parts to be returned must be accompanied by factory authorization. An authorization may be obtained only from the sales office of Pacific Steam Equipment, Inc. Defective equipment or parts returned to PSE with freight prepaid will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Such replacement or repair is the exclusive remedy available from Pacific Steam Equipment, Inc.
